Constructed as part of a Unification Symbol to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Republic. It was open to all Republic citizens and came complete with commercial and industrial services. A river runs the entire length and has use in internal shipping and recreation. On the exterior, it features on of the largest Ship Repair/Maintenance Yards in the entire galaxy and has a small scale of small ship production.

As far as defenses, it features a large array of turbo lasers with varying sizes capable of repelling large ship and small fighter engagements.

Due to low operational costs which meant lower taxes and a comfortable .7 G's, it was a highly sought after living spot and billions of people applied to live there. A wide and massive variety of alien life exists in integrated neighborhoods. With low crime, no pollution, low taxes, and services of all kinds; it was a virtual utopia for those that live there and those who still seek to move in.
